We rolled out Claude Code to our 22-person engineering team in March 2026. Within two weeks, we realized we had no way to know if it was actually working. So we built one.
CloudByte PMS started as a private dashboard for our team. After three months of using it ourselves, we realized every engineering team deploying AI coding tools needs the same thing.
